Welcome to Mrs. Wheeler's art class,

About Me:

I am very excited to be part of the CHS faculty and Collierville Schools. While previously teaching 6-8th art at CMS, this is my first year to teach at Collierville High School!!  I was born and raised in the Collierville area and graduated from Collierville High School. Being a Dragon is a part of who I am!  My journey continued to Mississippi State University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an Emphasis in Graphic Design. I also completed my Master of Arts in Education at Union University.  Besides drawing and painting....my hobbies include: anything outdoors, photography, horses, going to the lake, spending time with my family,  and repainting furniture!  This year I am teaching Art I, Art II, and AP Art History in room #193.

 

Expectations:

I expect all students to participate in art to the best of their ability. This means being creative, pushing their imagination, thinking outside the box and coming up with unique solutions.
